- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 50 units per item. You can mix and match across different trace types.
- Payment: Full payment upfront is required to process and manufacture custom orders. We accept Manual EFT, Paystack (debit/credit cards), and PayPal.
- Shipping: Nationwide courier services available via The Courier Guy (Locker to Locker, Paxi, or Door to Door). Free local collection from our shop in Phoenix, Durban.
- Collection: Available from 13 Stemlen Pl, Northcroft, Phoenix — Monday to Saturday, 8AM–5PM.
